Aizvu Terms of Use — Creative Tools and References

Last updated: October 26, 2026. These application terms require review by the site operator before public launch. They do not identify an unverified company, legal jurisdiction or business address.

What the service provides

Aizvu provides a collection of creative utilities; the current tools draft image prompts, JSON briefs, proposed video shots and structured ideas. It does not generate images, recover original prompts, verify facts hidden in a reference, or promise exact visual recreation. Example mode outputs are illustrative samples and are not analyses of your upload.

Your inputs and decisions

Submit only images and text you are authorized to share and use. Do not upload confidential information, private documents, or unlawful material. Review generated text, visible lettering, identity assumptions, and usage rights before using an output. A prompt does not establish ownership of a reference or grant rights to a third-party brand or artwork.

Access and limits

Configured production service permits the registry-configured allowance for each tool, currently five attempts per IP per tool per UTC day, without an account. Security checks and service availability may prevent completion. Upstream failures after a successful allowance check can consume an attempt. Rewrites are new attempts. Do not bypass checks or interfere with other users.

Third-party services

Image analysis uses the operator’s configured vision provider. ChatGPT and all named generation tools are separate services with their own accounts, terms and policies. Writing presets do not imply a partnership, verified syntax support, or entitlement to use those services.

Availability and accuracy

Interpretations can be incomplete or inaccurate. The service is offered without a guaranteed response time or visual outcome. Check all output before relying on it. There are no paid plans or payment processing in this version.

Independent status

Aizvu is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google or other model providers and is not an official OpenAI product. Names of models and services belong to their respective owners. Use the contact page to check the operator’s current contact status.
